Rockwood, the town that wasn't...

Paddled into Rockwood thinking about a room for the night and a major re-supply before entering a long stretch without many services.  Stopped at a General Store a few miles out of town, but still looking for a few key items (like fuel for the stove), decided to continue into town.  It is a scenic spot with a large parking lot for people going to Mt. Kimeo, a "visitor's center" which is a billboard by the parking lot, an old church, a new NFCT kiosk, a Post Office, and nothing else... it looked good on the map!!  Moosehead Lake can have high winds, so started paddling in favorable conditions, hoping to find something further north.
