Completed the grueling 30km "Escarpment Trail Race" in the Catskill Mountains of New York State. 200 runners including lots who run 100 mile races. Fought off cramps on the third of three major climbs. Total elevation gain and loss, about 7,000 feet each. Happy to finish in 5 hours, 22 minutes. http://www.escarpmenttrail.com/
